Research has shown that there exists a strong link between employee engagement and performance.1 However, ensuring your employees remain engaged is challenging in a work environment that is increasingly online and flexible. The Managing People and Teams online certificate course from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) teaches you to engage effectively with employees to motivate and inspire performance. About the certificate

Acquire the skills to effectively lead and organise teams, and earn an official certificate of competence from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
