Tuition and fees are subject to change, and may increase each academic year. Tuition does not include student fees, technology platform licensing, or support services. Curriculum

The online Master’s in Management and Leadership is a 36–39-credit program that includes management and leadership core courses, electives and optional concentration courses. Tailor your educational experience to your ambitions through a general management and leadership track, or with one of eight concentrations/certificates in Cybersecurity Incident Response, Cybersecurity Penetration Testing, Health Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Project Management, Software Development or Data Analytics.

Learn to lead teams toward common goals and guide businesses to the top of their fields through:

  • Management and leadership core courses: Explore foundational topics such as business ethics, organizational behavior, project management, human resources, accounting and leadership and more.
  • Collaborative team projects: Apply what you’ve learned through practical class projects based on real-world scenarios and a comprehensive capstone experience.

Admissions

The process for admission and enrollment is straightforward and hassle-free, with guidance from a dedicated admissions advisor. No application fees or entrance exams are required, and you can choose to start in the fall, spring or summer. 

To be eligible for admission, you will need a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Provisional admission is available if your GPA is lower and, depending on your background, a foundational course in accounting may be required. To complete an application, you’ll need to submit:

  • Online application (no fee)

  • Official academic transcripts (Maryville will request transcripts for you)

  • Personal statement explaining qualifications for graduate work

  • English proficiency scores (International applicants may be required to submit scores that meet a certain threshold)
