The diagnoses of mental health conditions are increasing worldwide. While a significant amount of work is being done to integrate mental health into primary healthcare, there are various issues inhibiting our ability to secure the necessary resources and policies for implementing effective strategies to address the state of mental health. Having accurate information regarding the signs, symptoms, and available management options is a crucial requirement for understanding, managing, and destigmatising mental health conditions.
