About this Course

No two leaders are the same. Each will have a unique approach and authentic style. The Women’s Leadership Program: Leading Teams from the Yale School of Management Executive Education gives you the tools to leverage your unique leadership capabilities. Over six weeks, you’ll focus on three cornerstones of effective leadership: decision making, networks, and everyday leadership moments. You’ll also equip yourself with practical approaches and tools, such as the Vroom-Yetton-Jago model, to enhance your existing skill set.

This online program combines live sessions and the opportunity to engage with a global network of women leaders as you explore the future of work from a woman’s perspective. Under the guidance of expert faculty and thought leaders, you’ll gain the skills and strategies to combine your existing capabilities with newly discovered strategies for influencing and leading teams.

This program equips professionals with the tools to navigate a continually changing leadership landscape. Senior leaders, the C-suite, and business founders will learn how to improve their decision making and develop their leadership skills while growing and leveraging their networks. Mid to senior managers will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and networks to advance in their careers, while aspiring leaders will learn more about what it takes to develop influence in their team.
