About this Course
Due to continuous technological innovation and the move to remote work, organizations are facing increased pressure to digitize rapidly. To effectively lead a company through this digital transformation, business leaders need to upskill and learn how to control the psychological impact change and transition can have on their employees and teams.
Gain the tools to help navigate digital change from the human perspective in the Managing the Human Side of Digital Disruption online short course from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
