About me

Prof. Dr. Yannick Radi is Professor of Public International Law at the Faculty of Law of UCLouvain. He is also a Member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and he is on the List of Trade and Sustainable Development Experts, for dispute settlement panels under Trade Agreements to which the EU is a party. Yannick is an invited Professor at the Hague Academy of International Law and a Guest Professor at Sciences Po Law School in Paris. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Brill Research Perspectives in International Legal Theory and Practice.

Yannick holds a Ph.D. and a MRes from the European University Institute and an LL.M. (D.E.A.) from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. His areas of expertise and interest include State responsibility and the law of treaties, international dispute settlement, international investment law, sustainable development as well as space law. He is the author of several publications in these fields, notably Rules and Practices of International Investment Law and Arbitration , a textbook published by Cambridge University Press in 2020.
