About Me

Head of the IDBx Program. She holds a doctorate in Social Anthropology from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a master's degree in International Relations and Cooperation with Latin America from King Juan Carlos University. She was incorporated in the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in 2010 as a social and institutional specialist with the Water and Sanitation Division in Haiti, and subsequently worked with a knowledge generation team in the same division. Since April 2014, she has been working with the Knowledge Management and Learning team as a senior specialist. Before joining the IDB, she worked at the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), spending two years at their office in Haiti to support the General Coordination, and previously at their headquarters, leading the Regional Central American Program for Occupational Training and Insertion Labor (FOIL). Before this she worked as a teacher and researcher at Spanish universities and public institutions.
