Professor at Indiana University Kelley School of Business
Ray Luther, PCC, is a senior lecturer of management and the executive director for the Partnership for Coaching Excellence and Personal Leadership at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He coaches senior organizational leaders to enable personal growth, drive organizational effectiveness, and increase willingness to change as required.
Ray founded and co-directs the Kelley MBA Leadership Academy, and previously served as the executive director of the fulltime Kelley MBA Program. Ray currently teaches graduate level business classes in personal leadership, strategic visioning, organizational behavior, and executive coaching. Ray has also developed and taught numerous executive education programs for clients including John Deere, H&R Block, National Express, Cummins, OneAmerica, MISO, and the NFL Players Association.
Ray’s overall work experience spans a 25-year career including executive team leadership, strategy, branding, market research, innovation and change management. Prior to his time at Kelley, Ray worked at Procter & Gamble as a director in the Health Care Business Unit including both pharmaceutical and OTC medicine categories. Ray started his professional career as a U.S. Army Officer in the 3rd Infantry Division where he was in line roles as a platoon leader and company executive officer in the Medical Service Corps.
Ray holds a BS and MBA from Indiana University, and a PhD in Leadership from The University of the Cumberlands. He is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, an Immunity to Change Certified Coach.
