About me

Professor for Security and Privacy, Department of Computer Science, University of Innsbruck, Austria. From 2010-2015, he was assistant professor at Department of Information Systems, University of Münster, Germany. He holds a Master’s degree in Communication Science and Economics (2003) and a Doctorate in Computer Science (2008), both from Technische Universität Dresden in Germany. He also worked at the European Central Bank, where he served for the Directorate General Economics and the former Directorate Financial Stability & Supervision.
