Rachel Landis

About me

Rachel Landis has been in career development and coaching since 2011. She is an idealist who has a passion for helping people be true to themselves and attaining meaningful relationships in the workplace. As a career coach and educator with a counseling framework, she supports people in identifying their personal brand, integrating it into their career strategy, developing tailored application materials, and creating a career plan that aligns with who they are and what they want.

She has taught five different career courses and coached thousands of individuals from around the world and in different career life stages including traditional students, first-generation students in college, returning adults looking to change careers, PhD students, military students, and international students, to name a few. As part of coaching and teaching, she also is a certified practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory (SII), and Keirsey, and has experience with several other assessments.

Rachel Landis has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Indiana University.
