About me
Patrick Dubé s’est joint au département de gestion des ressources humaines de HEC Montréal en juin 2015, à titre de maître d’enseignement. Il enseigne principalement au BAA et au DESS à Montréal et à l’international. Il est le coach de l’équipe des Jeux du commerce (GRH) et membre du conseil d’administration de l’AEHEC.
Avant son arrivée à temps complet à HEC, il a été directeur des ressources humaines et directeur des opérations pour Location d’Outils Brossard (LOU-TEC). Auparavant, il a travaillé sept années au service des ressources humaines de l’Hôpital du Lakeshore, qui est devenu le CSSS de l’Ouest de l’Île. Il y a cumulé différentes fonctions en dotation, en relations de travail et en développement des ressources humaines. Il a aussi été directeur du service pendant environ quatre ans. Avant de travailler dans le milieu de la santé, Patrick a oeuvré dans différentes organisations, toujours dans un rôle de responsable des ressources humaines. Depuis 2004, il a été chargé de cours à HEC Montréal où il a enseigné différents cours portant sur la gestion du personnel, le gestionnaire et la gestion des ressources humaines, ainsi que la mobilisation.
Depuis 1997, Patrick a développé des compétences et une solide expertise en dotation, en relation de travail, en coaching de gestionnaires, en gestion de conflits, en développement organisationnel (principalement en accompagnement de gestionnaires), en gestion du changement et en développement de stratégies ressources humaines et organisationnelles. Doté d’un fort leadership, il est reconnu pour son dynamisme et son efficacité.
Patrick détient une maîtrise en gestion des ressources humaines de HEC Montréal, un baccalauréat en psychologie et un certificat en administration de l’UQTR. Il est membre de l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec.
