About me

Nicole Vaudrin is a Registered Dietitian with a master's degree in nutrition from Arizona State University, where she is currently a nutrition PhD student. Nicole's primary interests are in food systems and the impact of food environments on diet. For her masters' thesis, she assessed the fruit and vegetable capacity of the Arizona Foodshed and is currently working on a project to describe the impact of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act 2010 and Smart Snacks on school meal participation rates.
