Associate Professor, Organizational Behavior, Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto
In addition to his current role teaching in the MBA and executive programs at Rotman, John has also created and led courses in negotiation, emotional intelligence, and workplace motivation. His current research and teaching areas focus on decision-making, managerial negotiations, organizational justice, organizational behavior, and change leadership. With his wide range of expertise, John also takes part in consulting work in the government and not-for-profit sectors. John has received numerous teaching awards and has been published in multiple journals.
