Gerry O’Brien has over 20 years of industry experience in IT having worked as a software developer, consultant, trainer, instructional design, and content developer for IT related technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Minor in Mobile Development, a Master of Science in Information Systems & Technology Management, and a Master of Business Administration in IT Leadership. Gerry worked at Microsoft for 17+ years in various training and content authoring roles.
