Anuj Sehgal is a postdoctoral research officer in the Translational Research Institute in Brisbane Australia. Anuj completed his Doctor of Philosophy in mucosal immunology at the Roslin Institute in Edinburgh, where he worked on dissecting the development and function of small intestinal epithelium. After postdoctoral fellow positions in the area of immune function and disease pathology, at both the Wellcome Trust Centre for Cell Biology at The University of Edinburgh and the University of Glasgow, Anuj moved to Australia. His current research investigates the role of macrophages in mammalian postnatal somatic growth and organ development. Anuj teaches cell and tissue biology to biomedical science and health science students.
