About me

Dr. Alexandros Daniilidis is an assistant professor of Geothermal Engineering at TU Delft. He has a background in geology with studies in energy systems and infrastructure planning. He obtained his PhD at the University of Groningen on the energy and economic analysis of geothermal systems for heat production. He specializes in field development and uncertainty quantification of combined surface and subsurface uncertainties in direct-use geothermal systems. His recent interests include using reservoir simulations to study the interference between subsurface activities and to develop geothermal resources sustainably.
